Vintage 1930-40s Ornate Brass Frame Hanging Loop & Photo-Ceramic Pic 3.25 X 4.25.... Estate find burried in an old garage. I don\'t know much about frames or pictures, description based on just a little reseach and google AI. Based on that I believe do to the combination of the picture and frame it is from around late 1930s trough 1940s. The frame is a non magnetic metal, appears to be brass with an etched scrolled design on it. It does have a hanging loop are and easel style stand, however there is damage to the leg that comes out as shown in photo. The photo is sepoa toned and seems to be on a section of porcelain like meterial, possiblible photocermaics. There is a small chip in the corner of the porcelain plate and glass, but neither can be seen when in the frame.
