Rough Rider RR342, Muskrat Imitation Abalone, 3-7/8",2-Blades,brand NEW from Old Stock, thus the "Rider" not"Ryder" name. Vintage 2000.
Never used, never sharpened, never carried, gentlycleaned. Been in my sole possessionforover 25 years, bought new.
Arced, match strike pulls.
Slotted/grooved nickel silver bolsters, slightlydifferent look on each end due to the inverse turning.
No cracks, handle gaps, surface tarnish, or rust.Original tan box, in reasonably good condition, will be included.
Blades are tight and despite their size and strongsprings, they open relatively easily and close with a distinctive snap, whilelining up perfectly in their INDIVIDUAL bright brass grooves, always a classytouch while strengthening the frame. Both are those wicked looking Skinner Clips, with sharp manufactured edges. There are nohalf-stops.
Pictures are not of the actual knife the buyer willreceive, but inventory is low and virtually identical to the generic pictures. Nary a flaw. This is the version with the blade etch of the "TESTED SHARP" anvil. Some of Rough Rider's best work.
Rough Rider qualityrivals Case at a fraction of theprice, thereby making it affordable to carry and use collectible gradeknives.
