Frederick Barnard’s “FB” monogram appears in the lower right of the image.Presented in an old wooden frame with glass and an aged wooden backing. The frame measures approximately 16.5" tall (please see measurement photo).An original period paper label/description titled “CAPTAIN COSTIGAN” was attached to the back. It was accidentally detached while handling the piece and is now fragile and torn, but has been preserved and WILL BE INCLUDED with the artwork.Antique condition with age-related wear. The frame shows scratches, marks, separation/gaps at some corner joints, and other wear consistent with age. The backing and original label show significant age and deterioration.
