The \"Quarterly Report\" for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers (BLE), Sierra Blanca Division No. 209 in Chama, New Mexico, details administrative membership activity for the period ending September 30, 1911. Managed by Secretary-Treasurer D.M. Wright, the document tracks the status of 90 members in good standing, noting specific personnel changes such as the initiation of H.H. Palmer on September 4, 1911, and the expulsion of J.D. Cunningham due to delinquency in insurance assessments. This report served as a vital mechanism for the local division to remit $90.35 in \"Grand Dues\" to the national organization, reflecting the highly structured nature of early 20th-century labor union administration and its reliance on insurance-linked membership benefits.
