Long substantial indenture between "George Wells of Fell's Point" and Elisha Winters of Baltimore Town...Martin Prendergast, Peter Hoopman, Israel Johnston, William Gibson are all mentioned. Folded it measures 10.5 x 17 inches. Five pages of handwritten material. Old laid paper is age-worn and toned but strong and easily read.Please see the many photos attached.
