~ Antique & Vintage Postcards ~*This is an amazingly cool one-of-a-kind real photo postcard. The image is taken from one ship of another, as they pass each other in the Panama Canal. With my jeweler's loupe magnifier I can clearly read the front of the oncoming ship, it reads "PANAMA of NEW YORK".The clarity is excellent. The age of this RPPC is between 1930 and the early 1940'sOn the back of the postcard the writing reads (in light pencil) ..."One of the P.R.R. boats leaving Cristobal. It is the Panama boat"More info on this ship ...The SS Panama (1939)was a famous passenger and cargo steamship operated by the Panama Railroad Company on regular runs between New York City and the Panama Canal ZoneHistory and Service

Dear postcard collectors, let's talk about shipping ...
The USPS has increased their Ground Advantage cost to $8.40-that's a lot for just a slip of paper.
has what's called " Standard Envelope" where it costs only .75 cents. Sounds awesome, doesn't it?
Well, the USPS scans & tracks those (sent through Standard Envelope) far differently than Ground Advantage -and sometimes, they don't scan the envelopes at all.
So, that .75 cents isn't so awesome after all with a system so unstable, unpredictable and unsafe.
Therefore (-and with a deep sigh) Jiggly Pigs has decided to forgo the unstable " Standard Envelope" option and use the USPS Ground Advantage shipping to ensure a more predictable, stable and safe transit for postcards to collectors.
To offset the high cost, we now offer combined shipping. You pay the shipping on the 1st postcard only, all others ordered (at the same time) will ship for free.
Please use 's cart to add together any multiple selections before purchase
