By Contemporary Ceramics of Chatham, NJ in a unique lightbulb shape w/ raised lettering reading "Authorized Agent for Westinghouse 'Weather' Duty Electric Lamps." The slogan reflects the Mazda/Westinghouse's collab for incandescent lamp technology. This makes it a desirable crossover collectible for industrial history, lightbulbs, early electrical, & vintage promotional items.
At 7" it displays beautifully. Fine, clean condition; no cracks or chips. The maker's label adds authenticity. Only mention is some light wear of gold script added after firing. The other text is part of the glaze sealed mold.
