Walter Baker & Co. Dorchester Mass. Antique Wood Chocolate Box c. 1900. 10.5”x 9.37” 4.75” tall. Overall, it is in good condition. It has graphics on all four sides. There is signs of wear from age and use, but not bad, and the lettering is pretty nice as well. Only one side I would say, the more plain side, has a little bit of darkening to the wood over the Walter baker lettering. Solid box dovetailed edges bakers, registered and u s patent breakfast cocoa 12 half pound cans, six pounds net gold medal, awarded walter baker and co Paris exposition nineteen hundred establish Dorchester mass 1780 registered trademark, and has the pictorial of the girl holding the tray with the cups.
