• Fabric: The yellow rubberized canvas remains flexible and pliable (not stiff or frozen). Shows standard age-related staining and wear.
• Straps: The harness webbing and hardware are intact. One strap is torn but remains attached and not separated.
• Stenciling: Clearly reads: VEST - PNEUMATIC LIFE / TYPE B-4 AN6519-1 / DATE OF MFG. 1945 / CONTRACT NO. W-33-038-AC-5394 / NEW YORK RUBBER CORP. / PROPERTY U.S. GOVERNMENT. Stamped serial number 136212 on the back.
