RED first aid packets were early WWII issue

( until somebody finally figured out that something brightly painted RED wasn’t the proper thing to be fiddling around with ,

in the middle of a heated battlefield)

These cases are getting very hard to find today

one or two tiny dents on the copper case

The web OD green belt pouch is in decent condition
