For sale is a historic World War 1 era collapsible metal travel cup manufactured by the prominent Philadelphia firm C. F. Rumpp & Sons. This telescoping pocket cup features the iconic Keystone maker\'s mark with a capital R stamped near the rim, a nod to Rumpp\'s home state of Pennsylvania. It features the distinctive dual swing-out wire handles designed for easy extension.This specific piece belonged to a service member of the WW1 US Army 29th Infantry Division (\"Blue and Gray\") who served in the 110th Machine Gun Battalion. The 110th saw heavy, historic frontline action in France during the grueling Meuse-Argonne Offensive of 1918.
