HYPER RARE! FORTIES SURREALISM!
J. STANCIN
SURREALIST
VINTAGE LITHOGRAPH!
( An Imposing 19" by 47" Framed )Here is MAGNIFICENT J. Stancin work that we have never seen before!
This surrealist piece is classic Stancin - a lonely figure inhabits
a dream like landscape which is simultaneously beautiful and desolate! We love this work better than almost any other Stancin piece
we have ever offered. It has a both horizontal and vertical symmetry
and is best described as the tour de force of Stancin's entire career,
that defines his vision and style!Fine vintage condition! Stancin produced many works over his
career, but his post war surrealist works are the most "pure" visions
and Stancin pieces are extremely hard to obtain - in any form and
at any price! This Lithograph on board was made at the peak
of his career and is a wonderful surrealist era work!
A tremendous addition to your NY penthouse, Palm Springs
Atomic Ranch or CA Case Study Home!
