This oval pin features a black and white photo of young Walt leaning on a camera and Tinker Bell as a pin-on-pin design element. The outside of the frame features five gold Mickey Heads and reads It's Kind of Fun to do the Impossible. It was given out at a Behind the Scenes tour of the new Disney Institute and around the Magic Kingdom. At the end of the tour, guests were given a pin.Please note this version of the pin does not mention the Disney Institute on the back. This pin is exactly like PP22464 but has a different back. This pin has Mickey head pattern.This was created for the Disney Institute program "Inspiration: Through Walt's Eyes" - a look at some of the stories behind often-overlooked details around Walt Disney World. The tour is led by instructors from the Disney Institute. The program focuses on the Disney-MGM Studios and the Magic Kingdom, with a backstage experience at the Central Shops department.The pin is given to each participant & the inscription on the back reads "Disney Institute Exclusive" (which it is since the only way to get the pin is by attending this Disney Institute program). The tour can be booked by any group staying at a Walt Disney World hotel (minimum 10 people). You don't have to be a "Company" or "Corporation" but you must be booked into your resort as a group (with group billing, etc.) The program cost is $99 per person (minimum 10 people).
