Ralph Tawangyaouma 1906-1973.
Was a Hopi silversmith and spiritual leader.
“He is remembered as one of the finest traditional Hopi silversmiths. “
Highly collectible!
The condition is just like when enlarging the photos in my description.
Slight film of tarnish, sturdy construction, the swiveling action swings with ease, no signs of repair.
The earrings measure approximately 1 inch and 14/16s by 1 inch and 7/16s, at their highest and widest points. The earrings weigh approximately 21.5 grams.
