This custom collection features an array of authentic, period-correct military officer insignia and collar discs surrounding an incredibly rare, consecutive 14-year attendance medal from Brooklyn, New York.The entire collection is housed and neatly displayed in a professional 12" x 16" Riker mount case. The glass keeps the pins flat, safe, and beautifully oriented for immediate wall or shelf display.Collection Highlights:
- Centerpiece: A spectacular, consecutive 14-year ladder medal explicitly engraved "Sumner Drill Corps / Brooklyn N.Y." at the top. The individual hanging year bars span consecutively from 1917 through 1930. The bottom scroll plate identifies the original recipient: "J. L. Brassington".
- Left Column (Officer Rank Progression): Vintage U.S. officer rank insignia pins tracking a clear career trajectory, including a Silver Star pin, a Silver Oak Leaf (Lt. Colonel), a Gold Oak Leaf (Major), and Captain's double bars.
- Right Column (Infantry Insignia): A vertically grouped collection of 7 early 20th-century Infantry crossed-rifle collar insignia variants detailing different company groupings and branch adjustments.
