Vintage United States Marine Corps commemorative neck medal / presentation medallion.
Features the classic Marine Corps Eagle, Globe & Anchor emblem over a red enamel field, surrounded by a black ring reading:

The outer portion has an attractive radiating sunburst design.
A rectangular suspension loop at the top was designed to accommodate a neck ribbon or similar suspension. The original ribbon is no longer present.
The reverse is plain and unmarked.
