This is a Vintage 1950’s to 60’s solid brass horseshoe crab shaped Ashtray. It was created using a sand-cast method where molten brass is poured into a sand mold, and made in Taiwan as a special import to the states. The crab’s long tail was integrated into the design as a handle for easy use. Measurements:
7.25 inch Length
4 inch Width
1.25 inch Height The Ashtray is in excellent vintage condition. The dark spots are patina from age, further adding to the Mid Century Modern look. XN // SP49
