Beautiful vintage Sicilian horse-drawn cart, also known as a Carretto Siciliano, featuring elaborate traditional Italian folk-art styling.
This colorful piece is loaded with detail, including a decorated white horse with vibrant feather plumes, tassels and harness embellishments, an ornately painted cart with decorative wheels, and multiple passenger figures. Measures approximately 8” long.
Includes the original illustrated box.
Condition: The horse and cart are in excellent condition with beautiful bright colors and detailing. The original box shows considerable age/storage wear, including creasing, edge and corner wear, and other damage. Please review photos carefully for box condition.
