Rare vintage Mosler Lock Co. delayed action time lock, marked D-A No. 611-A, Covington, KY, and U.S. Pat. No. 2095429. A fantastic original safe/vault lock with strong collector appeal, industrial display value, and authentic old-bank / locksmith character.
This unit is working and includes the keys and parts shown in the photos. It has a great original look with dual dial windows, solid metal construction, and excellent vintage presence. A very desirable piece for collectors of safe locks, vault hardware, locksmith memorabilia, bank equipment, and industrial antiques.
Condition:
Shows normal age-related wear, scratches, scuffs, and surface marks from use and storage. Please review all photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition.
Important note:
There is a small internal clacking / loose sound inside one piece. I do not know exactly what it is, so I am disclosing it clearly. The lock is still working, but because of age and the unknown internal noise, it is being sold as shown.
A scarce and impressive original Mosler piece that would display beautifully in any collection.
Please view all photos carefully, as they are part of the description and show the exact item you will receive.
