I purchased these brand new in the Design District in Dallas in 1997.Measurements :
• Base: approximately 11” wide x 7” deep
• Height from base to light socket: approximately 22”
• Overall width: approximately 18”, measured from the furthest-reaching point of the elephant’s tail to the trunk

Feature elaborate, hand-tied decorative tassels hanging from the elephant. The tassels are made from richly colored, multi-tone woven cords in burgundy, muted gold, olive green, and deep purple/brown tones, creating a beautiful vintage/European decorative accent. The intricate knotting, braided cords, and layered fringe complement the detailed bronze elephant design and add considerable visual character to the lamp. The tassels are original to the lamp and show some natural age consistent with their approximately 30-year history.The elephant design is beautifully detailed, with an aged bronze finish and plenty of character.Been in my possession for approximately 30 years and have been well cared for. Smoke free, pet free home.As with any vintage piece, there are some signs of age and use, including areas of white/powdery oxidation on the bronze surface. I have left the original finish/patina intact rather than aggressively refinishing the lamps.These would make a striking accent lamp for a living room, bedroom, office, library, or other traditional/elegant setting.I have 2 of these. – $1,350 each.
