complete set of four pre-WWII Lucky Strike "Flat Fifties" green lithograph cigarette tins housed inside their original cardboard master dealer counter display box (200-count size).
This set dates back to the iconic era before Lucky Strike famously changed its packaging colors from green to white during World War II ("Lucky Strike Green Has Gone to War").
Condition Details:
• Master Cardboard Box: Shows honest vintage wear, including some localized staining, edge wear, and mild creasing/tearing consistent with age and storage (please view all photos closely). The original dealer instructional text on the inner flap and the classic advertising slogans remain clear and legible.
• Metal Tins: All four tins are completely empty (no tobacco included). They feature the classic green lithograph finish with the red "It's Toasted" circle logo. The tins show standard light surface wear, minor scratches, and aging common for pieces of this vintage.
Original store dealer display boxes are incredibly scarce, as most shopkeepers discarded them once the individual tins were sold. This makes for an exceptional counter display piece for any vintage advertising, tobacciana, or WWII-era collector.
