Up for sale is a breathtakingly beautiful vintage Korean Red Lacquer Jewelry Box featuring intricate, hand-cut mother-of-pearl (abalone) shell inlays. The top lid showcases a magnificent pair of peacocks surrounded by lush, blooming chrysanthemums that catch the light with brilliant green, pink, and silver iridescent fire. It includes dedicated ring rolls, earring slots, watch/bracelet wells, and a spacious lower open compartment.
The interior lid features the authentic signature diamond-shaped metal hallmark displaying a stylized crane emblem, verifying its high-quality Korean workshop origin. Features a traditional ornate front latch hook.
