Beautiful Vintage Korean Goryeo-Style Celadon 2-Piece Ceramic Set
Up for sale is a gorgeous vintage Korean celadon pottery set featuring a traditional pale green crackle-glaze finish. Both pieces are beautifully decorated with classic hand-painted or inlaid flying crane motifs, paying homage to traditional Goryeo dynasty aesthetics.
This set includes:
1. A Wide-Mouth Vase / Jar: Features a beautiful, dense flying crane pattern encircling the body. The unglazed base ring displays the South Korean flag stamp, "KOREA," and "韓國" (Hanguk).
2. A Small Teapot / Wine Ewer: Features matching crane detailing, an elegant curved handle, and a stylized spout. The bottom of the piece is hand-signed with the artist or studio mark 曉渓 (Hyo-gye / Hyoki). Includes the original matching clay stopper/lid.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The crackle pattern is intentional and uniform throughout the glaze. The bottom unglazed foot rings show very minor shelf wear consistent with age, as shown in the photos.
