Vintage JFG Coffee Co. “Crunchy” Peanut Butter 16 oz. glass jar from Knoxville, Tennessee, complete with its original green metal screw lid.
The surviving paper label features classic mid-century grocery advertising with “U.S. No. 1 Grade Peanuts,” “Crunchy Peanut Butter,” and JFG Coffee Co., Knoxville, Tenn. markings.
This is a genuine old-store-shelf survivor with plenty of character. The original label has substantial age-related wear, including tearing, staining, fading and areas of missing paper. The green metal lid is present and shows oxidation, dirt, wear and old handwritten markings. The glass also shows age and storage wear.
A great display piece for collectors of JFG memorabilia, Tennessee advertising, vintage grocery packaging, peanut butter jars, country store items, advertising glassware and Knoxville history.
Sold exactly as shown. Photos are an important part of the condition description
