A vintage pair of two signed Jemez Pueblo studio “story teller” pottery art pieces by artist J.R. Tsosie. Both pieces feature a classic Southwestern aesthetic; (medium and small) ivory matte spherical vessels showcasing a striking hand-molded cut out adobe Pueblo village designs with warm terracotta interiors. Both are signed on base by artist with registration numbers. Both are in very good vintage condition with the exception of the larger vessel has a missing pole piece (viga) as shown in last photograph and some expected age related surface where on bottom bases. (Both look exceptionally beautiful at night if you place a battery operated tea light in each. Ready to display and enjoy! Will pack with care.
