Vintage Humboldt State College Redwood Hall 1954 Black Gold Ceramic Stein
Description
Vintage-style Humboldt State College ceramic stein featuring a glossy black finish with gold-colored trim and lettering. The front reads “Redwood Hall” and displays the date 1954, with a redwood-tree illustration. The reverse reads “Mt. Beaver.” The base has a maker’s mark that appears to read “The Browning Co.”; the smaller text is difficult to decipher.
This is a distinctive piece of Humboldt State College memorabilia, potentially appealing to alumni, former Redwood Hall residents, and collectors of California college collectibles. The stein shows age-related surface wear, scuffs, and wear to the gold-colored decoration, especially around the base. The exact manufacturing date and full maker’s inscription have not been confirmed. Please review all photos carefully.
