Adorable vintage Holt Howard Santa Claus salt & pepper shaker set, made in Japan. Each Santa is holding a wrapped Christmas present marked “S” and “P.” Classic mid-century Holt Howard Christmas design with wonderfully expressive hand-painted faces. Both measure approximately 3” tall and both retain their bottom stoppers.Good vintage condition overall with age-related wear. The Pepper shaker has noticeable scratching/paint loss, particularly on the back and around the gift, as shown in photos. There is also some crazing and other minor surface/paint wear consistent with age. Salt presents especially nicely. No major chips or breaks noted.A charming and collectible pair of vintage Holt Howard Christmas Santas—perfect for a retro holiday kitchen, Christmas display, or Holt Howard collection.
