vintage 1927 Golden West Coffee 1-pound tin manufactured by Closset & Devers of Portland, Oregon. This classic piece of Western Americana features the iconic, vibrant red and black lithograph design with the famous trademark cowgirl illustration on the front.
Condition Details:
This tin is in very good antique condition and shows beautifully. Please review the photos carefully to evaluate the condition for yourself:
• Graphics: The red, black, and white litho paint remains exceptionally bright and bold with minimal fading. The cowgirl graphics are crisp and display perfectly.
• Body: The can retains its solid, original circular shape. There are no major structural dents or crushing. Minor age-appropriate surface scuffs and small scratches are present along the upper and lower edges.
• Top/Lid: The unpainted metal lid features the authentic circular vacuum-sealed design and shows a nice, natural aged patina with moderate oxidation and light surface rust speckling typical of its age.
• Markings: Fully legible back text including the "Copyright 1927 Closset & Devers, Portland, Oregon" mark and the "Good Housekeeping Bureau of Foods, Sanitation and Health" seal.
