Up for sale is a beautiful, fully completed vintage Catholic rosary crafted in France, dating to the mid-20th century. This Elegant Sacramental combines rich, dark organic materials with genuine, precious metal artistry. The beads are crafted from genuine elbony wood. The chain links, center medal, and crucifix components are made of genuine Sterling silver connected via a classic machine-formed double-loop links. The center metal artistry features a detailed Sacred Heart of Jesus on the front. The reverse side is Madonna and child (Our lady) and is stamped with its “France” origin mark. The crucifix features the original matching sterling silver and Albany wood inlay crucifix, clearly stamped “Sterling /Albany/France” on the reverse side. The rosary measures 20 inches when folded from the top of the loop to the bottom of the crucifix. This rosary is in excellent vintage condition!
