Vintage Finger-Jointed Pine Utility Box with Hinged Lid and Metal Handle
The kind of treasure found in an old garage or attic, which is exactly where it was found - 100% my type of aged find
Well-loved and worn with age and use, staining is not consistent on interior
Perfect for vintage style displays and stands, as well as traditional storage
TIP - If you don't love what you find in an old attic or garage, this may not be for you
Metal handle is for lid closure, does not extend beyond top of box so it is not meant to carry
Metal fixtures on bottom of piece
Two tiny holes in lid (they do not go through to the other side) - possibly this was where original handle was affixed
I am indicating this is excellent condition due to its age and function, with well-loved use.
Made in US in mid-20th century
