This is a wonderful creation by Navajo Silversmith Eugene \"E.S.\" Mitchell. A classic design handcrafted from a tufa or sand cast mold, this piece has the added impact of 7 arrows radiating outward on the left & right sides and an antique silver patina covering the front. Then there\'s the gorgeous greenish turquoise cabochon that could be Royston, Cerrillos, Kings Manassa, Carico Lake, Ajax or who knows what else. There\'s an unusual double stamped hallmark on the back, right side up and upside down. The cosmetic condition is excellent and the buckle might never have been worn - please look closely at the high resolution pictures and judge for yourself. A heavy piece, weighing 66.6 grams with a 1 1/2\" opening.
