Beautiful vintage Ceramar decorative ceramic wall plate, handcrafted and hand painted in Spain.
The plate features an elaborate Spanish floral design with deep cobalt and navy blue scrollwork surrounding a colorful central bouquet in shades of yellow, orange, green, red and blue. A dark outer rim frames the design beautifully.
The reverse carries the original blue Ceramar Spain maker’s mark. The Spanish backstamp states that the ceramic piece was manufactured and painted by hand artisanally in Spain and that the designs were created by Ceramar.
Approximately 10.5 inches / 26.5–27 cm in diameter.
The reverse includes hanging holes with the existing cord, allowing the plate to be displayed immediately as wall décor.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with light age-related wear. The underside foot rim shows normal contact/wear consistent with age. No obvious major chips or cracks observed. Please review all photographs carefully as they are part of the condition description.
A striking example of vintage Spanish decorative pottery with strong Mediterranean styling. Excellent displayed alone or incorporated into a collection of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or other European hand-painted ceramics.
