Original vintage Apollo Manned Spacecraft Series permanent vinyl decal sheet featuring the mission insignias for Apollo 7 through Apollo 17.
Produced by Vitachrome, Inc. of Rosemead, California, for Space Age Enterprises, this is a period commercial space-program collectible dating to approximately the early 1970s, shortly after completion of the Apollo lunar program.
The complete sheet includes:
Apollo 7, Apollo 8, Apollo 9, Apollo 10, Apollo 11, Apollo 12, Apollo 13, Apollo 14, Apollo 15, Apollo 16, and Apollo 17.
All decals remain present and have not been removed from the original backing sheet. The reverse includes printed information describing the Apollo missions, making this a particularly attractive piece for display alongside other vintage NASA and Apollo memorabilia.
This is period commercial memorabilia and not represented as an official NASA-issued item.
The front displays very well with bright colors and strong graphics. The reverse shows noticeable age and storage wear including discoloration, staining, creasing, and surface wear. Please see all photographs, as they are part of the description.
A great original piece of Apollo-era space exploration memorabilia and much harder to find complete than individual loose mission decals. Sheet measures 8 1/2 x 11 1/2
