Vintage 48-star American flag crafted from printed silk, dating to the mid-20th century (1912-1959). This historical textile features the classic 6x8 star grid canton and 13 stripes. The silk material has a soft, delicate drape characteristic of period parade or commemorative flags. It displays a heavy patina with significant dye migration/bleeding and several small tears and pinholes throughout the fabric.
