This highly collectible piece perfectly captures the whimsical, primitive style of classic American decor. Design features a character in a green coat holding a black-and-white checkered racing flag, riding a beautifully detailed green-and-cream speckled rooster. The entire piece is mounted onto a wooden-look wheeled cart with a black-and-yellow checkered pull-troy base.
