I got this menu from the Waikiki location in Honolulu on the Hawaiian island of Oahu back in the 1990’s while living just above Waikiki in Makiki. The copyright date is printed at the bottom of the front inside sleeve and back cover panel reads 1996. Additionally, the insert features a promotion for the "Destination: Friday's Sweepstakes" with an official end date of September 2, 1996. The menu is the full, multi-page vinyl trifold menu. It is in very nice condition with a bit of wrinkling on the plastic on the back page as can be seen in the photo. 9x12 closed and 22x12 opened.
