Up for sale is an incredibly rare, 100% original vintage Coca-Cola double-sided advertising sign from the 1960s. This isn't your standard thin poster—it is printed on heavy-duty, thick corrugated cardboard/cardstock (see photos for thickness profile).
This piece was originally designed as a grocery store cart hanger or over-the-wire retail display, featuring die-cut notches at the top and bottom. One side features the iconic "Whatever you do... take along 2" campaign with a great retro graphic of 6-packs, glass bottles, and picnic food. The reverse side features the legendary "Things go better with Coke" slogan with the classic fishtail-era typography style.

Selling this piece in honest, as-found, uncleaned condition. It has some staining and edge wear from decades of storage, but I have not attempted to clean it at all. If you know what you are doing, I do believe some of the staining could be cleaned up beautifully, but I prefer to leave it completely original so I don't risk doing any damage. Please study the high-resolution photos carefully to judge the condition for yourself.
A Note on Rarity:
I have been handling vintage advertising for a long time and I have never seen one of these before. Because store cardboard was almost always thrown away by grocers after a promotion ended, survivors like this are incredibly scarce. Get it while you can—once it's gone, you may never see another one pop up!
