Vintage Peebles’ Milk Products Lacto-G dried whey poultry feed sack, manufactured by Western Condensing Company of San Francisco, California. Features bold mustard yellow and black graphics with the slogan “Be Sure it’s in your Feed” and the original 100 lb. net weight marking.
Likely dates to the 1930s–1940s era based on the product branding, construction, and early poultry-feed packaging style. Sack was produced by Fulton Bags of Minneapolis.
Approximate measurements shown in photos.
Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related staining, wear, fading, creasing, and storage marks. Photos show the condition and wear honestly. I try my best to point out any flaws in the pics. Wrinkles and creasing visible are from decades in storage.
A great early agricultural advertising piece for primitive, farm, feed-store, California, or poultry-related collections.
