Vintage Catholic “Prayer Book For Children” First Holy Communion Keepsake Dated 1931

One of the most interesting features is the original handwritten First Holy Communion presentation page dated May 10, 1931, giving this little devotional book nearly a century of personal history.Inside are traditional Catholic prayers and religious illustrations, including a striking Crucifixion illustration accompanied by an “Indulgenced Prayer Before a Crucifix.” The book also features attractive red-colored page edges.Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with significant age-related character and wear. The black cover shows rubbing, edge and corner wear, and loss of finish. Interior pages show age toning, spotting/foxing and other normal signs of age. Original handwritten First Holy Communion information is present inside. Please carefully review all photos, as they are an important part of the condition description.
