This Vintage 1930s 1940s Halloween Noisemaker were owned by my Mother (born 1919) and put away for decades. I never saw them until we were clearing her house when she moved in the 1990s. They were made by U.S. Metal Toy Mfg. Co. They would be a charming addition to a vintage toy or Haloween collection from the early 20th century. Crafted out of tin and featuring a witch character, these noisemakers are fun and spooky, representative of US pre WWI goods. These are a nostalgic reminder of Halloween traditions from the past and a unique find for toy enthusiasts and Haloween collectors alike.
