Item is in wonderful condition no damage it dates back to the 80s and 90s. It was made in Taiwan and distributed in the United States. It is approximately 2 inches in height and one and a half inches in diameter. It is made to hold a roll of stamps. Of course it could be functional for other things if you want. It is a very beautiful piece if you are a hummingbird admirer.
