VINTAGE DEL PRADO COLLECTION PORCELAIN TRINKET BOX FLORAL DECORATION
A charming vintage Del Prado Collection fine porcelain trinket box, beautifully hand finished with delicate floral decoration.
The hinged rectangular box features a pretty arrangement of pink roses and small orange flowers with green foliage, with further floral decoration around the sides. The porcelain is complemented by an ornate gilt tone metal mount with decorative edging and a floral-shaped clasp.
The interior of the lid is also decorated with a small floral spray.
There is some age related wear to the gilt tone metal mount, including areas of tarnishing/patina, particularly around the clasp and hinge, as shown in the photographs. There is also some minor wear to the painted decoration consistent with age and previous handling.
The porcelain appears intact with no obvious major chips or cracks noted.
Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
The clasp opens and closes and the hinge is present.
