Authentic early WWII (1940–1942) U.S. Navy 10-button wool pea coat manufactured by the Naval Clothing Factory in Brooklyn, NY. This highly collectible military piece features the rare, desirable corduroy-lined hand-warmer pockets, custom fouled anchor buttons, and original handwritten contractor tags stenciled to a veteran ("BARBER, H.D., PR1"). Made from ultra-dense, heavyweight Black Kersey wool. Vintage Size 36 (fits like a modern Men's Small; 19" pit-to-pit).
