We take pride in offering unique, high-quality items from our family collection. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing.
1. Order Processing & Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 2–3 business days after full payment has been received.
Processing time may vary for large or combined orders, but we always strive for prompt dispatch.
You?ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, including to the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and many more destinations.
All parcels include tracking for your peace of mind.
While most parcels arrive on time, delays may occur due to customs clearance, postal issues, or international transit conditions.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary from country to country, and buyers should contact their local customs office for more information.
We cannot mark items as ?gifts? or understate item values on customs forms.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
For U.S. and international buyers, sales tax or VAT may be automatically calculated and collected by in accordance with local tax laws (e.g., U.S. Marketplace Facilitator laws).
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they understand any applicable taxes or fees at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment must be made via ?s approved payment methods at the time of purchase.
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.
Failure to complete payment within 3 days may result in cancellation and the item being relisted.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the item has been misrepresented or damaged in transit.
Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds (excluding shipping) will be issued once the item is safely returned and inspected.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Item Description & Condition
All items are described honestly and to the best of our knowledge.
Please note that estate and vintage items may show signs of age or wear, consistent with their history.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before offerding or buying.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels, or customs-related issues once the package has left our possession and tracking has been provided.
In the event of shipping loss or damage, we will assist with insurance claims where applicable.
