What a great time capsule for the travel industry on the Pacific Coast dated March 1915. The publication is called “Touring” published monthly by Peck-Judah. The standard free tourist guide of the Pacific coast including San Francisco Los Angeles Portland and Seattle.
The San Francisco earthquake of 1995 was only nine years earlier so a lot of the advertisements refer to new construction - including the front color ad for the Hotel Clark having opened February 15, 1915 - a month prior to publication on this guide
This issue also overlaps with the Panama Pacific International Exposition of 1915 so many advertisements reference that as well, including The Inside Inn - the only hotel within the grounds of the exposition itself.
Other locations referenced include Yosemite, St Helena Sanitarium; Palo Alto; Hawaii; Victoria; Denver; Salt Lake City; and Colorado Springs
See photos for condition. This is the item you will receive. The back cover was damaged and has separated from the rest of the binding. But all other pages are present and well secured with a double staple binding.
