This is a vintage, pre-owned, ratcheting brace, number HI253A, from Stanley Handyman. It has blue handles, is 13 1/4 inches in length, 7 inches at its widest point, the head is 3 inches in diameter, and it was made in the USA.The ratchet head shows a few scrapes and shows a little wear.
