Two original photographs glued on to each side of a single blackpiece of paper. I believe the wagon photo states in handwriting along the bottom that it is the Caliente Paris and Piute Stage. Part of a collection of images from a family that worked the Amalie Ore Mine in Kern County, California in the early 1900\'s. I researched some of the names in handwriting on the collection of imagesand found that Thomas P. Bawden (T.P. Bawden) was a mining pioneer in that area, Will Wilcox married Bawden\'s daughter Della in 1905. The photo of the group of people at the Terrace de Wilcox I\'m assuming is the home of Della & Will and their names are in writing along the bottom with a few others.
Please view listing photos carefully- the photos may have some or all of the following condition issues: soiling, creases, marks, image loss, wrinkles, wavy black album paper, handwriting, corner & edge wear and overall age & wear.Hope this makes a nice addition to any display or collection, I can combine shipping on multiple photo orders & thanks so much for taking a look!
