Beautiful antique W.A. Pickard China hand-painted Limoges plate, dating to approximately 1895–1898. The plate features a lovely hand-painted fruit still life with cherries, leaves, and soft pastel tones, framed by an ornate scalloped border with raised gold decoration.
The artwork is artist signed “Reau,” a decorator associated with Pickard pieces. The combination of early Pickard craftsmanship, hand-painted fruit, and elaborate gilt detailing makes this a wonderful piece for an antique collection or display.
