A period personal memory scrapbook titled "Bob and Elaine," compiling personal ephemera, hand-annotated entries, greeting cards, and event keepsakes dated primarily between 1955 and 1956. The binder features a pictorial front cover depicting a fox hunting equestrian scene and cord-bound spine detail. Inside, pages contain pasted and tipped-in original memorabilia, including a Northwestern Senior High School 1955 "Silver Bells" Senior Prom ticket and program, a University of Maryland AFROTC Schedule from May 1955, playbill program for "The Man Who Came to Dinner" (Senior Class of '55), a "Showplace" Radio City Music Hall program with CBS Television ticket stub for The Garry Moore Show (August 1955), an "Enchanted Forest" amusement park promotional cutout, a target practice sheet from Sportsmen's Supply Company (Pittsburgh, PA), and various period holiday cards and corsage ribbons.
Condition
The string-bound outer cover shows edge wear, corner bumping, and light surface rubbing. Inner album pages display expected age-related paper toning, light creasing along outer margins, and age discoloration around tape adhesive mountings. Ephemera pieces remain attached to pages with handwritten ink commentary present throughout.
