This listing offers a vintage Ruana 28CD skinner hunting knife, proudly handcrafted in Bonner, Montana. It features a classic stag handle with aluminum cast fittings, stamped “RUANA BONNER MONTANA”, and comes with the original Ruana leather sheath.
The knife shows very light wear (only used a handful of times) and is in essentially perfect condition for its age. The blade retains excellent edge integrity, the handle is solid and well-fitted, and the sheath is structurally sound with secure stitching and snap closure.
Engraving Note:
There is a last name engraving on the back of the handle. This is commonly done on Ruana knives and can be easily buffed out if desired.
